A few weeks ago, while strategically perusing through Mexico Civil Birth Registrations for as-yet-unfound birth records for the two children born to my great-grandparents when the family still lived in Mexico, I made an unexpected discovery. Two new documents found last month helped me to finally start busting down another 15+ year old brick wall, providing the first references to the names of my great-grandfather José Robledo’s parents.
